AI Automation Voiceflow – AI Chatbot with Booking Lead Capture

I created an AI-powered chatbot in Voiceflow, integrated with a custom knowledge base. The chatbot uses interactive buttons at the start of the conversation to guide the user. It can answer client questions, assist with booking a service or product, and seamlessly transfer the conversation to a live agent if needed.

Lead collection is handled through a Fillout form, with data automatically sent to Google Sheets for CRM and follow-up.
