Auxiliary Telegram bot for the delivery service
A developed bot that helps users effectively manage their parcels and track their status. The bot provides the ability to contact customer support, leave feedback requests, view current rates, and receive notifications about changes in parcel status. In addition, the bot regularly informs users about service news. For administrators, a control panel has been implemented that allows planning news and sending it to the admin for testing, as well as viewing information about users. The bot is integrated with the delivery service API, which ensures data relevance, for example, rates are updated automatically without the need for additional settings from the bot.
