Automatic Telegram notifications about new emails and events

Automation has been implemented for the prompt receipt of notifications in Telegram about important events, specifically — new incoming emails.
The system periodically checks the mailbox and, in case of a new email, automatically sends a message in Telegram with key information (sender, subject, time of receipt).
The solution is particularly useful for situations when email is used infrequently or as an additional (secondary) method, and there is no opportunity to constantly check it manually.
