Automation of application processing for service business
An automated application processing system has been developed for a service business (cleaning).
After a client submits an application, the system automatically:
- saves the application data in Google Sheets;
- sends a confirmation to the client via email;
- notifies the manager about the new application;
- automatically changes the application statuses;
- sends messages to the client depending on the processing stage.
The solution is built without using complex CRM systems, is easily scalable, and does not require manual processing of applications.
