Development and optimization of the business process scheme for processing online orders for an online store.
Task: Create a clear action algorithm for managers and the warehouse to avoid mistakes during order picking and speed up shipping.

Integration of systems: Interaction between CRM (lead processing) and WMS (warehouse accounting).
Logic of branches: Action scenarios in case of product unavailability (Out of Stock) and agreement on replacements with the customer.
Finalization: Stages of packaging and generation of shipping labels.
