Case: Google Ads for a garden equipment spare parts store
Set up and optimized Google Ads for eCommerce in the niche of spare parts for gasoline tools and gardening equipment. Divided campaigns by key categories: lawn equipment, motor equipment (chainsaws, brush cutters), and general assortment. Launched a separate Performance Max campaign for each direction with targeted profitability and correct audience signals. Set up accurate purchase tracking with order value transmission - without this, optimization for ROAS is impossible.
Results over 5 months (January - June 2026): 84,687 clicks, 2,760 conversions, average cost per conversion - 40.71 UAH, ad spend - 112,481 UAH, revenue from ads - 2,152,524 UAH, ROAS - 1,914%. All three campaigns reached "Budget Limited" status - there is direct potential for further scaling.
