Case: Google Ads for a tractor parts store (Ukraine)
Launched Google Ads from scratch for an online store selling tractor parts: set up analytics and conversion value tracking, built the ad structure, and launched Performance Max segmented by categories (hydraulics, starters, sensors, etc.). Then optimized the campaigns internally: redistributed budgets among categories, strengthened the most profitable directions, and maintained CPA at the target level.
Results for the period 01.02–02.04.2026: 40,156 clicks, ~1,906 conversions, CPA 91.33 UAH, expenses 174,055.71 UAH, conversion value 3,166,686.30 UAH, ROAS ≈ 1,819%.
