Case: Promotion of an online store for manicure products
The client is the owner of an online store specializing in the sale of gel polishes, tools, and drying lamps. The main task was to increase online sales, raise brand awareness among manicure masters and enthusiasts, grow social media followers, and build loyalty among regular customers.
We started the work with a complete audit of the website and analysis of visitor behavior. We identified issues with loading speed, updated the design, and made it more user-friendly. We added search filters by product categories and created a blog with tips on nail care and manicure techniques. The next step was SEO optimization: we prepared content for popular queries in search engines and used local SEO to attract customers from specific regions.
At the same time, we developed a strategy for social media. We focused on Instagram and Facebook: regularly posting materials about manicure trends, new product launches, and promotional offers. To increase audience engagement, we organized contests and giveaways, as well as showcased real works by masters who used the store's products.
Particular attention was paid to advertising campaigns. We set up targeted advertising for manicure masters and beauty enthusiasts, highlighting separate creatives for home-use products with simple instructions. Additionally, we implemented a loyalty program: discounts for regular customers, bonuses for referring friends, and special conditions for masters with wholesale offers.
Thanks to the comprehensive work, the results exceeded expectations. The advertising campaigns reached over 188,000 users, generating 4,694 clicks with a total budget of $424. The average cost per click was only $0.09, and for a lead, it ranged from $0.12 to $0.17. The CTR remained within 1.2–1.6%. As a result, we significantly increased sales, attracted new customers through the website, and substantially grew the number of followers on social media.
