CASE "Volleyball School"
Successful Case: How we filled gaming teams with new participants and gained 24K live audience in one month of promotion
Client: Volleyball school network in Kyiv for adults and children.
Task: Generate at least 5-7 quality leads daily, increase followers and brand awareness, fill gaming groups with new people.
Implementation:
1. Preparation of social media before launch:
- Created Instagram page from scratch.
- Created TikTok page from scratch.
- Developed scripts for Reels and content plan.
- Filmed content at client’s locations.
- Edited content.
- Designed Instagram page.
2. Preparation of launch strategy:
- Conducted detailed analysis of target audience and competitors.
- Segmented audience by pain points, needs, and solutions.
- Developed a funnel leading potential clients to sign up for training.
- Created over 30 creatives in Reels format demonstrating client needs, solutions, and advantages of the volleyball school.
3. Preparation of advertising account:
- Created from scratch Business Manager, advertising accounts, and configured them.
- Created from scratch Business page and populated it.
Promotion strategy choice:
Instagram: To effectively encourage sign-ups for trial training, we decided to use Objectives: Leads and Engagement (messages).
TikTok: To promote the brand and attract new clients, over 20 scripts were developed, considering TikTok’s algorithm features and video recommendations.

Social networks:
- On Instagram, gained 1K followers.
- On TikTok, gained 24K followers and video views ranging from 200K to 7 million. Regular appearance of videos in recommendations.
Results of Facebook/Instagram targeted advertising:
- Spent: $998.
- Received: 520 targeted inquiries.
- Average cost per inquiry: $2.
- Result: full sign-up for games from Monday to Friday in more than 5 Kyiv schools.
