The goal of the project is to build a system of performance monitoring of the employees of the real estate agency through the #KPI tracking.Strategy: With the customer decided to use Telegram to collect data KPI due to its popularity among staff, which optimizes system acceptance by users and the efficiency of data input.For data aggregation and analysis, #GoogleSheets is selected, which provides quick visualization and data manipulation that is important for the MVP before developing a full-fledged web app.The data is duplicated into the #MSQL database, which ensures their security and facilitates integration with more complex analytics tools.The realization:
