BD Architecture for Personal Assessment Project

In the framework of the staff assessment project, the Assessment Centre method designed a relative database.
In the base of 14 linked tables that contain data on:
- staff (contact data, hierarchical links);
Assessment sessions and their arrangements
Groups of staff in attendance sessions
- Accounts and access rights for administrators and assets
Access keys to review the assessment results of the subject
Results of staff assessment
Competence assessed at each session.
A pattern of behavior to each of the competences.

The system is extended to different assessment sessions for different categories of employees. Requests for the collection of different analytical and statistical information are set: average values of assessments, comparison of assessments of different departments, etc.
