Column for 360° rotating platform
Technical description:
A metal column for heavy loads has been developed, on which a rotating platform (360°) will be installed using rollers (rotary bearings) and a motor-reducer that ensures precise positioning under high load.
Main characteristics:
- Load-bearing structure: reinforced steel column, welded from thick-walled profiles, designed for vertical loads up to 4500 kg.
- Rotating mechanism: installed rotating rail with high load capacity.
- Drive: motor-reducer with speed control and the ability to stop at precise positions.
- Rotation of 360°, smooth and without play, with transmission through a gear ring.
- Purpose: for automated lines, turning heavy parts/pallets, positioning in robotics or industrial equipment.
- Designed in SolidWorks, static calculations and stability analysis conducted.
