Comprehensive automation of the sales department
Project description: The main goal was to eliminate "routine" and the human factor in the work of managers. I developed and implemented a system of automatic triggers in KeyCRM, which accompanies the client at every stage of the funnel — from creating a folder with documents to dynamically managing the schedules of managers.
Implemented functionality:
Automatic document flow: When moving to the "Creating a deal" stage, the system automatically checks for the presence of the client's folder on the disk. If it is not there, it creates a new one, generates a subfolder for a specific deal, and automatically creates a Contract, pulling data from the CRM fields (Full Name, product, company details).
Smart synchronization with the calendar:
Stage "Agreement": Automatic booking of a meeting in the calendar of the responsible manager.
Stage "Rescheduling": Instant update of the date/time in the calendar when data is changed in the CRM.
Stage "Cancellation": Automatic deletion of the event to free up the manager's working time.
Logical branching: A complex automation architecture has been configured, where each action depends on the status and entered data.
Value for the business:
Time savings: The manager spends 0 minutes creating folders and filling out standard contracts.
No errors: Data in documents is pulled directly from the CRM, eliminating typos.
Schedule efficiency: The manager's calendar is always up to date without manual intervention.
