Content management for food / wellness project
Task:
It was necessary to transfer data from Google Sheets to the admin panel of the wellness project: add dishes, recipes, ingredients, categories, images, and missing nutritional information. The scope of the task grew from approximately 200 items to 250–300 recipes, about 300 ingredients, and up to 100 missing images that needed to be sourced or generated through AI.
What I did:
I worked with Google Sheets and the project’s admin panel: transferring recipes, filling in dish fields, analyzing the structure of ingredients, quantities, units of measurement, comments, categories, cooking methods, and additional fields like Healthy Alert. During the process, I clarified the logic of filling, identified discrepancies between the table and the admin panel, tested saving, and documented interface errors.
A separate part of the work involved ingredient images. It was necessary to source or generate pictures, make them look neat, create a square format, align margins, and ensure that the images matched the style of the already added materials.
AI part:
To fill in the missing information, I used AI: it helped determine ingredient categories, generate short Healthy Alert messages based on the composition, and select appropriate visual options for the ingredients. For example, the client specifically clarified that for Healthy Alert, a short text about vitamins and the nutritional value of the dish needed to be generated based on the ingredients.
Additionally:
During the work process, I identified bugs and problematic areas in the admin panel: saving errors, 500 Server Error, discrepancies in ingredient names, empty Measure fields, and length restrictions on Description. These issues were reported to the client and developer for correction.
Result:
The project was accepted and paid for. The client left a positive review: “A wonderful performer, pleasant to communicate with, it feels like they are trying hard. I recommend to everyone!”
