What we did:
Developed a branched structure of advertising campaigns by types of equipment and services
Created an expanded semantic core with 1,650+ keywords (problems, brands, models)
Configured geotargeting to cover city districts within a 5 km radius of service centers
Implemented ad extensions with pricing policies, phone numbers, and working hours
Set up call tracking and form tracking for comprehensive conversion monitoring
Launched remarketing for website visitors with personalized offers
Results:
Increase in targeted traffic by 713% (from 3.2K to 26K per month)
Increase in orders by 900% (from 42 to 420 per month)
Reduction in customer acquisition cost by 66% (from 650 to 220 UAH)
Increase in average check by 36% (from 2,100 to 2,850 UAH)
ROAS growth by 263% (from 160% to 580%)
Key conclusions:
Search campaigns proved to be the most effective (58% of orders, ROAS 620%)
Remarketing showed the highest ROAS (720%) and significantly increased the share of repeat inquiries
Smartphone repair is the most profitable service (42% of orders, 62% margin)
Call tracking setup provided a complete picture of advertising effectiveness
Customer conversion path shortened from 4.5 to 2.2 clicks thanks to ad optimization
