Problems
1. There are many different services and no clear and understandable structure for collecting and storing data within the company.
2. All services have their specifics, and for each service, it is necessary to collect its unique set of data.
3. With a large flow of incoming requests in Telegram, there is no segmentation and storage of client types, which service they inquired about, and when to contact them in the future. That is, leads are simply lost.
4. There is no system for training new managers on structured work with incoming applications.

1. Digitize the sales business process for each service and break these processes into different funnels.
2. Create a logic for interaction between the funnels.
3. Create a structure for storing data about all types of clients.
