A web platform for teams managing multiple projects simultaneously.
The manager opens the laptop in the morning. 8 projects. Who is doing what — unclear. Where the delays are — also unclear. Tasks in messengers, files scattered, reports in the heads of foremen. To understand the state of affairs — call 5 people. Sound familiar?
The solution — one system where everything is in one place. Opened — saw — made a decision.
Projects with Gantt Chart
Each project — a card with the team, deadlines, status, and work breakdown. The main thing — Gantt. One page, all projects on a timeline. Red — overdue. Yellow — little time left. Green — all good.
Hierarchy: project → object → stage → section → task. Expand the branch — details. Collapse — overall picture. Customizable for any structure.
Statuses: active, on pause, completed. When paused, the system automatically shifts task deadlines. Unpause — everything returns.
Tasks: Kanban, timer, workflow
Created, assigned, set a deadline — then the system controls itself.
Two modes: list or Kanban board with drag-and-drop. Switching with one click.
Workflow: draft → in progress → under review → completed. The reviewer can return it for revision. Everything is logged.
Roles on tasks: assigner, responsible, executor, reviewer. Each receives their notifications.
Timer: the employee presses Start/Stop, the manager sees the actual time for each task.
Priorities: critical, high, medium, low. Warning at 25% time to deadline. Overdue — in red.
Roles and Access
Flexible permission system at the module and tab level. Admin sees everything. Manager — their projects. Executor — only their tasks. Each role — its interface without excess.
Files
File manager in each project and task. Google Drive integration, up to 1 GB per file, image and PDF previews directly in the system.
Notifications
New task, overdue, comment, status change — all in real-time. The manager sees problems before they become critical.
Communication
Chat within each project. Comments on tasks. Internal chats between employees. All correspondence is context-bound — a year later, you can find out who made a decision and why.
Stack: Laravel 11, PHP 8.2+, MySQL, Bootstrap 5, Google Drive API.
