Do you know that a state of full consciousness can be achieved through: at home, when you make breakfast or cook in the bathroom, on a walk along the city or on the coast, even in public transport or at work, whatever it is. You just need to be careful about what your mind is busy. If you will concentrate on every current thing, fully aware of your feelings, it will become an informal practice of consciousness.
