About the project:
Ocean sushi is a sushi delivery service in Kropyvnytskyi. (spoiler: we opened another location in Kremenchuk with us)
They have a physical restaurant and delivery within the city. They had only been operating for half a year before our collaboration began.
Main objectives:
✓ Attract primary sales from the target audience
✓ Encourage repeat purchases
✓ Build brand loyalty
Challenges:
For 80% of the market, this was a new delivery service - now we are top 2 in terms of volume.
The main challenge was the lack of trust in a new product.
What was done:
1. Interviews with the target audience
2. Ranked top 2 in sales volume in Kropyvnytskyi
3. A trusted brand
Strategy:
The main competitor in our segment is Osama) she is basically a competitor in any market if you are not in the luxury segment, but there was a lot of market share under them here
Our task was to communicate in a way that would outperform Osama's offer and make the customer loyal
We achieved this through a funnel with a cold campaign that generated initial purchases and continued interaction after 7 days of purchase
