Specializing in women's clothing and offering a wide range of sizes so that every client can find something perfectly suitable for themselves. The store offers sizes from 44 to 62 so that clients can choose what suits them. They understand how important it is for clothing to fit perfectly, so they offer a service of free cash on delivery shipping, as well as the possibility of returning or exchanging goods in case clients are not satisfied with their choice.
Tekalux offers not only a convenient and secure way of shopping, but also individual models that help women stand out from the crowd. The products are created with the highest attention to detail and the latest fashion trends.

OUR MAIN TASKS

Take the clothing store to a new level in terms of purchase quantity
Work on brand perception of the target audience

CHALLENGES:

Long search for a working connection, conducted many test campaigns, used at least 3-4 different variations of creatives, of which only a few yielded good results
Quite high competition, low average check, not very high-quality product, which also became a hindrance in the initial launches and resulted in most rejections via mail (people do not pick up the goods)
Products are sewn only once without repeats, which is also a major problem in this clothing segment

WHAT WE DID:

Built a strategy considering CJM and CustDev
Outlined strong communication, developed unique offers, created quite interesting creatives resembling luxury brands (although the clothing of this store does not entirely correspond to this positioning)
After many tests, found a winner that yielded a good number of leads at a low cost throughout the day
