Design and detailed calculation of modular houses in ArchiCAD

I carry out comprehensive design of modular houses with in-depth development of structural schemes, connection nodes, and complete material specifications. Each project is formed not as a conditional visualization, but as an engineering-verified system, prepared for real implementation on site.

During the development process, the spatial rigidity of the frame and its performance under normative loads are taken into account, the bearing capacity of elements is calculated considering wind, snow, and operational impacts, and joint connections are elaborated with an emphasis on the technology of assembly and installation logistics. Additionally, optimization of material cutting is included with minimization of waste, as well as the formation of modular multiplicity, ensuring the possibility of serial and repeatable production.

Special attention is paid to detailing. Each element, from the bottom frame to the roofing pie, undergoes a stage of structural understanding and is reflected in the working documentation with accuracy sufficient for manufacturing without additional interpretations and modifications.

The project includes architectural and planning solutions, structural schemes with calculation justification, working nodes and sections tied to the real geometry of the object, material statements down to fastening elements, as well as 3D visualization of the structural model for a clear understanding of the assembly logic.

The result is not just a set of drawings, but a cohesive engineering system, in which each line is subordinate to calculation, and each detail occupies its strictly justified place.
