Design and detailing of components of blinds systems in ArchiCAD
Development of constructive and dimensional solutions for the installation of external shading systems, window units, false boxes, load-bearing frames, and facade connections.
In my work, I consider the node not as a separate decorative element, but as an integral constructive system, where the window, blinds, load-bearing frame, reveals, installation gaps, reinforced belt, insulation, and facade layers must be correctly coordinated with each other.
I process sections, facades, plans, 3D diagrams, installation gaps, mounting points, dimensions of frame elements, assembly zones for blinds, clearances for the drive mechanism, connections to the wall, overlaps, and facade cladding.
I pay special attention to ensuring that the solutions are not only visually understandable but also suitable for actual installation. This means that each element has its place, its logic of fastening, and its role in the overall system.
I can provide both a universal node for agreeing on the fundamental solution and a complete set of dimensional drawings for each opening separately, taking into account the actual sizes of windows, shading profiles, false boxes, load-bearing frames, installation seams, reveals, sills, and facade finishes.
I work in ArchiCAD, creating a clear technical presentation where drawings, 3D views, and explanatory notes help to see not just the shape but the complete constructive logic of the node.
The result is neat, technically verified documentation that helps avoid chaos during installation, unnecessary rework, and inaccuracies in alignments.
