Business process modeling “as it is” (2-3 people-day for 1 process < 30 steps):
- Determination of desires and critical requirements for the quality of processes by the owners of processes, executives, suppliers and clients of processes (internal/external);
Interviews with Properties / Properties;
- Description of the process map, process profile, procedures with the RACI responsibility matrix filling;
- Determine the measurement unit for processes (durability, quantity, frequency ...) and make control measurements;
- Check the quality of process models and check: syntaxic, semantic, pragmatic quality
- Teaching the owners/executors of processes with the consideration of changes;
