Designing private houses, complex roofing in ArchiCAD

I perform architectural design of private houses, reconstructions, terraces, verandas, and roofing solutions in ArchiCAD with clear 2D and 3D presentations of the project.

The work includes developing planning solutions, facades, roofing, terraces, entrance groups, structural logic, visual perspectives, as well as the overall architectural composition of the building. The project is presented not as a dry scheme, but as a cohesive, readable, and visual system: the client immediately sees the volume, proportions, architectural silhouette, materials, connections, and the overall character of the future house.

I can prepare:
floor plans, facades, sections, 3D views, visualizations, roofing schemes, terraces, canopies, entrance groups, specifications of main materials, and if necessary, more detailed working drawings of nodes.

I work with private houses, reconstructions, frame and combined solutions, roofing, terraces, extensions, and architectural adaptation of existing buildings. Special attention is paid to the clarity of the project, so that even complex geometry is perceived easily, without engineering "stone grammar" and unnecessary fog.
