I develop chatbots, AI assistants, and automation that help businesses process requests faster, consult clients, qualify leads, transfer data to CRM, and reduce the manual workload on the team.

My task is not just to "build a bot," but to create a working system: from the first message from the client to transferring the request to the manager, recording in CRM, sending notifications, follow-up communication, and further nurturing. This approach is especially useful for businesses where it is important not to lose inquiries, respond quickly to clients, and establish a clear communication funnel.

I work with chatbots and automations for Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, websites, CRM, and internal business processes. Depending on the task, I can use ManyChat, Make, n8n, API, webhooks, Google Sheets, CRM systems, and AI models. I select not a "favorite service," but the appropriate architecture for a specific task, budget, and the client's current tools.

The strength of my approach lies in the combination of marketing, automation, and technical logic. I have experience in email marketing, sales funnels, and client communications, so I understand how the client journey should work: where to ask a question, where to qualify a lead, where to transfer to a manager, where to send a follow-up, and where not to overload the user with unnecessary steps.

When creating a solution, I think through the structure of the scenario, the logic of the dialogue, data collection points, integrations, error handling, notifications, data transfer, and further system improvement. As a result, the business receives not just a chatbot, but a working tool for sales, service, and process automation.

My competencies are confirmed by completing a specialized program in Automation with AI-Bots. During the training, scenarios for chatbots, AI assistants, ManyChat, Make, webhooks, API, CRM integrations, WhatsApp Business, Telegram bots, Instagram automation, request automation, orders, surveys, notifications, and business processes were developed.
