Development of a personal business card for a Motion designer
About the project:
The goal was to create a minimalist and modern business card that highlights the professional style of a video editor and motion designer. The main focus is on restraint, a premium dark palette, and ease of reading information.
What was implemented:
Visual concept: Use of a deep dark background with accent white and blue colors to create high contrast.
Logo and identity: A wordmark was created based on the initials "YL," serving as a recognizable brand element.
Typography: A modern grotesque typeface was used, ensuring excellent readability of contact information.
Functionality: A QR code was added for quick access to the portfolio, which is an indispensable tool for a digital specialist.
Technical preparation: The layout was developed in vector format (Adobe Illustrator) considering all printing requirements: CMYK color model, bleed for trimming, and fonts converted to outlines.
