Role: business analyst responsible for conducting the discovery phase.
What has been done:
- Conducted interviews with potential users and stakeholders (operators, management, response services).
- Identified key pain points: speed of detection, data quality, coordination of actions, reporting.
- Formulated the product's value proposition and a list of key features for the MVP.
- Prepared a set of artifacts: description of goals, user map, high-level processes, backlog of primary features.
Result: the client received a clear vision of the product and a reasoned decision on whether to proceed to development and to what extent.
