About the project:
• Online store of branded watches
Region of the advertising campaign:

Campaign goals:
• The store has a very wide product matrix, is the official representative of mid-range brands in terms of price, and sells watches of its own personal brand. The task was to attract people to purchase the flagship models of the client's brand through interest in the main product matrix of other brands.
Features:
• Within this project, a complex multi-level funnel was implemented to maximize the effectiveness of dynamic remarketing for upselling or cross-selling. Through various creatives and messages, potential future buyers flowed from one offer to another and ultimately became customers. Notably, the decision-making window is as long as 30 days.

Project launch:
The project was completely set up and launched by me personally from scratch, so the work included:
1. Creating an advertising account
2. Completing payment profile verification
3. Creating a Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager account
4. Writing a technical specification for the programmer to refine the code with e-commerce attributes
5. Additional writing of a technical specification for the programmer to refine the code for setting up advanced conversion tracking user data provider.
6. Setting up conversions for conversion tracking
8. Checking the website for compliance with Google Merchant service requirements for successful moderation verification
9. Creating a Google Merchant account and populating it
10. Creating a technical specification for the programmer to create XML feeds of products by specific categories with different gradations.
11. Additional analytics in the form of the Clarity service to assess heat maps and user behavior in the early stages
12. Setting up shopping campaigns, PMax as well as branded search and dynamic search campaigns
And much more.
Results of the account from January 2025 to January 2026:
• Sales - 572
• Total Sales Amount - 2,035,809.51 PLN
• Average Sale Price - 167 PLN
• Average ROAS% (Gross) - 2128%
• Total advertising spend during the specified period - 95,654.41 PLN
