Electronic signature module

The business aimed to capture a share of the growing electronic signature market by developing and implementing an electronic signature module in the PDF editor.

The functionality of E-Sign allows users to sign documents themselves, request signatures from other participants, securely store signed documents, track the status of sent packages, add refusal or delegation rights for signers, use question-answer authentication, import and export lists of signers in CSV format, set the signing order, save reusable templates, add fillable forms, and request additional documents.

The solution is fully cross-platform (desktop, web, Mac) and involves users with different roles (owner, signer, for review) and varying privileges (can decline, can delegate).
