Email automation in ActiveCampaign (customer retention)
The client was losing potential customers at the checkout stage and needed an automatic way to bring these users back.
Solution:
I built automation in ActiveCampaign that:
tracks visits to the checkout page
automatically tags the contact
triggers a timer (1 hour)
checks if the user completed the action
in case of an incomplete purchase — sends an email reminder
