Fire sushi is a sushi delivery service in Khmelnytskyi. They approached us for our services based on a recommendation, even before the delivery service was opened.
That's why we built everything from scratch. It's challenging, but we love it.
Main tasks:
✓ Attract primary sales from the target audience
✓ Encourage repeat purchases
✓ Build brand loyalty
Challenges:
After analyzing the market, we saw that Khmelnytskyi is very saturated with various sushi delivery services.
So, we differentiated ourselves with very attractive offers for new customers.
Strategy:
After conducting all possible analyses (market, competitors, product, website, etc.), we identified key advantages that we turned into triggers for the end consumer.
To achieve the tasks, we worked with 2 advertising campaigns (mainly). Advertising campaigns targeted cold audiences and engaged with those who had interacted with us or ordered before.
