The history of our cooperation with the company Box Catering (box-catering.ua) began from the moment of its creation in 2017 and was a length of 5 global projects:
Formation of sales strategy, writing documentation and knowledge system of the sales department
Formation of sales commands (supply, adaptation)
Teaching sales commands
- Automation (SM, integration, IP telephony)
Training of sales hotel managers (coaching of sales hotel managers, forming a standard of management by sales department).
Before our final project, the company grew up to 2 corporate sales departments and 1 call center, occupying leading positions on the market for the delivery of finished food in Ukraine.
