Client: LeafMatrix LLC (USA) — SyncroIQ, a SaaS property management platform. Target audience: landlords, property management companies, and housing authorities.

Objective: Build a complete marketing infrastructure from scratch to attract and convert B2B/B2C leads — create a website on GoHighLevel, launch Google Ads campaigns, and set up automated email funnels.

What Was Done

1. Website Creation and Lead Form Integration on GoHighLevel

Designed and built a full website on the GoHighLevel platform from scratch. Structured the content flow around the "pain → solution → action" principle:

- Hero section with a clear value proposition and "Get Started Free" CTA
- Pain points block — real audience problems (late rent, document chaos, lost maintenance requests)
- Audience segmentation — dedicated blocks for landlords, property managers, and housing authorities
- Key features and benefits of the platform
- Social proof — testimonials section
- Lead magnet — free PDF guide in exchange for email
- Final CTA banner with a repeated call to action

Embedded GHL forms at key points on the page (above the fold + lead magnet). Set up thank-you pages and confirmation modals. Verified responsiveness across all breakpoints.

Additionally prepared separate landing pages for each segment — Property Managers and Housing Authorities — with unique content, pain points, and lead magnets (Tenant Retention Toolkit and Public Housing Compliance Checklist).

2. Google Ads Setup for B2B/B2C Segments

Launched targeted ad campaigns across three audience segments:

- Conducted competitive analysis and keyword research via Google Ads Planner
- Developed campaign structure with separate ad groups and tailored copy for each segment (landlords, property managers, housing authorities)
- Integrated GHL Attribution Reporting for lead source tracking
- Set up Google Tag Manager and conversion triggers inside GHL
- Prepared ad budget recommendations for the pilot phase
- Built a reporting dashboard in GHL for transparent ROI tracking

3. Email Funnel and Automation in GoHighLevel

Built an automated follow-up system inside GHL CRM for lead nurturing:

- Set up an email workflow with three steps:
- Welcome email — greeting and registration
- Warm-up — platform benefits, case studies, and testimonials
- Final push — call to action with an offer (free 2-month trial)
- Implemented automated follow-up logic based on user activity (opens, clicks, form submissions)
- Prepared A/B testing for subject lines and CTAs
- Created a content calendar and segmentation recommendations

Results

- Built the entire marketing infrastructure from scratch — from first touch (Google Ads) to conversion (email funnel)
- Website created from scratch on GHL for lead generation with integrated CRM forms
