Client: Proven (USA) — an online education project with a subscription model, podcast, and business club. Monetization through a paid subscription (Proven Network), an educational platform with multiple access levels, and a private business club (Proven Club / Elite).

Objective: Build a fully automated system on GoHighLevel — from collecting leads via Instagram and podcast to selling subscriptions, granting course access, upselling, and retention through community. All without manual involvement from the client.

Tech Stack: GoHighLevel (CRM, funnels, email, LMS, calendar), Stripe, Instagram, WhatsApp/Telegram

What Was Done

1. Instagram Warm-Up + Lead Magnet + Email Collection

Created a landing page with a lead magnet (PDF/checklist) and generated a short link for posts and stories. After opting in, the contact is automatically added to the CRM with the tag "Lead Magnet IG" and a welcome sequence of three emails is triggered:

- Thank you + lead magnet delivery
- Podcast framework + CTA
- Case story + interest warm-up toward the subscription

Set up behavioral segmentation: opened the email, clicked, didn't open — each action assigns a corresponding tag and routes the contact into the right funnel branch.

2. Automated Subscription Invitation (Proven Network)

Built an email funnel with smart conditional logic:

- Didn't click → auto-email "Still thinking?"
- Clicked but didn't pay → reminder after 3 days
- Didn't open → email with a new subject line after 4 days
- Cold leads → landing page with subscription details; hot leads → direct Stripe payment link

After payment, automatically: tag "Network: Active", welcome email, added to a private group, onboarding sequence launched.

3. Learning Platform (LMS) + Automatic Access

Created a learning space in GoHighLevel Membership Area:

- Structured video courses by modules and topics
- Set up access levels: Basic / Advanced / Elite
- After Stripe payment → automatic tag assignment, welcome email, and unlocking the appropriate course level
- Launched email onboarding: platform overview, reminders, supplementary materials
- Set up reactivation for inactive users after 3/7 days

4. Business Club (Proven Club + Elite)

Built a separate paid product with an automated upsell flow:

- Invitation trigger — user completed 2+ modules or was active for a week
- Sales email sequence of 4 emails (from invitation to deadline)
- After payment: tag "Club: Active", added to a private chat, access to the club section in LMS, welcome sequence with rules, event calendar, and instructions
- Drop-off analytics + automatic win-back funnel for inactive members

5. Additional Automations

- Referral program — after payment, auto-email with a personal referral link, referral tracking in CRM
- Gamification — points and tags for activity (watching lessons, joining Zoom calls), email notifications about status
- Behavioral retargeting — inactive for 7 days → auto-email or WhatsApp reminder
- NPS and reviews — auto-survey at 50% course completion, public testimonial request for positive feedback
- Cancellation scenarios — cancellation attempt → email with alternatives (pause/discount), personalized offer
- Upsells — completed a module → mini-course offer, automatic access granted after payment
- Event registration — sync with GHL calendar + Email/WhatsApp reminders
