Launched and optimized Google Ads for a network of auto service centers in Chicago. Built a separate campaign structure for each location, set up GA4 and signals for Performance Max. Thanks to local search campaigns and mobile optimization, it was possible to reduce CPA to $8.87 and achieve over 17,800 conversions with a budget of $158,707.21. The overall ROAS was 1240%.
