PLAZA KVARTAL — a modern residential complex near Kyiv with comfortable living conditions and developed infrastructure.

Task:
Increase the number of targeted inquiries for apartment purchases with an initial KPI of 40 leads per month.

Our approach:
Over 4 months, we tested various strategies and formats of advertising campaigns, which allowed us to double the KPI — from 40 to 80 leads.
• Performance Max: utilized all Google placements for maximum effectiveness.
• YouTube: launched campaigns for special and promotional offers from the developer.
• Google Maps: helped clients easily find the sales department.

Results for October 2024:
• 16 apartments sold from inquiries through Google Ads.
• 73 applications from advertising campaigns.
• 27 applications in the Binotel system.
• 95 routes mapped through Google Maps.
• 47 clicks on the phone number through Google Maps.
• 46,517 UAH spent on advertising.
• 161 conversions in total.
• 160.8 UAH — average cost of one conversion.

Conclusion:
The variety of advertising campaign formats and constant optimization allowed for stable lead growth and ensured sales. The result — effective budget utilization, an increase in inquiries, and sold apartments.
