Starting situation
The store already had experience with advertising; however, after the collaboration ended, the previous contractors did not return the advertising account to the client.
As a result, the project had to be launched completely from scratch with the setup of all marketing services (Google Ads, Merchant Center, GA4, GTM)

What was done on my side
- Creation and setup of marketing services (Google Ads, Merchant Center, GA4, GTM)
- Setup and verification of the correctness of purchase tracking
- Optimization of the product feed
- Development of the advertising campaign structure based on product categories, dividing into top products and low-margin products. This allowed for flexible budget management, scaling profitable positions, and separately working with weaker products.
- Launching Shopping and Performance Max
- Regular optimization of bids and budgets
- Scaling effective product groups
Results after 6 months
- Expenses: 231,294 UAH
- Purchases: 880
- Average purchase cost: 262 UAH
- Revenue from advertising: ~4,002,526 UAH
- ROAS: 17.3
- CR: 5.7%
Summary
The project was successfully launched from scratch and brought to stable sales. KPIs were exceeded, and a scalable advertising structure was formed with the potential for further growth without loss of efficiency.
