By downloading this project, you will be able to build your grinder. For grinding various workpieces.
The project uses:
an electric motor 1.5 kW; 3000 rpm; Form factor B35 (legs and large flange)
the rollers use SKF 6203 bearings (6 pieces)
the drive roller is made from a 3-groove pulley.
the project is made from 5.5 mm steel sheet for laser cutting.
the main rocker and the electric motor mount are made from 10 mm sheet. the approximate cost of turnkey manufacturing is ~300$
the grinder is designed for belts with a thickness of 75 mm and a minimum length of 1200 mm.
the maximum belt length is 2000 mm. if you have SOLIDWORKS 2024, you can easily modify the project for your motor or change the width of the rollers to suit your needs.
