Implementation of Odoo for a law firm

List of tasks:

— Creation of a multi-funnel (despite the fact that there is one funnel in Odoo, we implemented visibility of stages and deals according to the direction, allowing many teams to work on one funnel, but exclusively in their own direction);
— Creation of an organizational structure, distribution of rights and access;
— Integration with telephony;
— Working with data transfer between entities. A connection between the project and the deal was created, allowing the client to be transferred from one direction to another for further processing of the project by the legal team;
— Facebook integration module with Odoo - a source of clients that went directly into the funnel;
— Duplicate search and connection module;
— Integration with the Wordpress site.
