Odoo ERP for robotic systems manufacturing

The client needed to assemble a complete operational loop in Odoo - from the first contact in CRM to sales, purchases, inventory, production, payments, approvals, and reporting.

We designed the logic for working with deals, orders, products, suppliers, specifications, production orders, and internal approvals. We separately considered the import of goods, rules for reordering materials, specifications for production, accounting, dashboards, and communication through Discuss.

As a result, the team receives a unified ERP system where sales, purchases, production, inventory, and finance operate in an interconnected structure, without a gap between commercial, production, and management processes.
