Increase sales by automating business processes and implementing AmoCRM.What I and my team succeeded in achieving through the implementation of AMOSRM and the automation of business processes:
1) Managers began to communicate with customers in one system.We shed all the communication channels (site, moon, instagram, facebook and others) into one AMOSRM.The business processes of the company were described, the weak and unnecessary places were removed or replaced.3) Accounting and customer relationships have begun to be conducted in one system.The customers stopped forgetting, and also in one place they began to collect the customer base.4) Managers increased sales conversion using sales funnel.5) We managed to work with the customer base and implement several successful tools that increased the number of applications (leads).
