I carry out individual design of baths, guest houses, terraces, panoramic gazebos, and barbecue areas with detailed architectural and structural development in ArchiCAD.

This project example shows not just a beautiful 3D image, but a fully thought-out concept: a bath with a terrace, a plunge pool, a closed gazebo, a barbecue area, complex roofing, facade solutions, sections, engineering logic, and clear visual presentation for the client and builders.

I can perform:
planning solutions, 3D visualization, facades, sections, structural schemes, roofing details, terraces, canopies, wooden frames, foundation parts, placement of engineering systems, water supply, sewage, heating, ventilation, and equipment.

I pay special attention to ensuring that the project is not an "abstract picture," but a clear architectural score: with understandable installation logic, real dimensions, readable drawings, and visual 3D explanations. This format helps to see the object in advance, avoid chaos on the construction site, and make technical decisions more calmly without construction shamanism with a tape measure and prayer.

I work in stages: from sketch concepts and visualizations to complete working documentation with details, nodes, and material specifications.
