Integration of Zoho CRM + WhatsApp Business API + Facebook Ads
Task:
The client (HR agency) was losing leads due to manual processing of applications from Facebook. Managers communicated from personal WhatsApp numbers, correspondence history was not saved, and there was no unified candidate database.
Challenges:
- The Facebook business manager was not verified (API blocking).
- Conflicting legal addresses (one city in the documents, another in the questionnaire).
- Lack of corporate infrastructure (website, email).
Solution:
1. Meta verification (Green Tick):
- Deployed technical infrastructure: registered a domain, created a business card website to meet Meta requirements.
- Set up corporate email on the domain to pass verification without having to provide phone bills.
- Successfully passed company verification (Verified Business).
2. WhatsApp Business API (WABA) connection:
- Set up official WhatsApp integration with Zoho CRM (no monthly subscription fees to third-party services).
- Now all correspondence is conducted from the CRM window or the Zoho mobile app.
3. Zoho CRM configuration:
- Full adaptation for HR: cleaned up the interface from B2B modules, configured the "Candidate" and "Lead" cards.
- Configured the Hiring Pipeline.
- Automation: Implemented a bot that automatically assigns tasks to managers if a candidate is "stuck" in the waiting stage.
4. Marketing:
- Reconfigured Facebook Ads campaigns to the new API number. Applications now automatically create Leads in CRM.
Result:
The client received a fully automated recruitment system. 100% of applications go to CRM, contact loss is eliminated, and the company received official status in Meta.
