Niche: retail network of VARUS supermarkets, Telegram channel with promo campaigns.

Task: redirect audience from Instagram/Facebook to TG and gather ≥ 10,000 active subscribers with CPL ≤ 15 ₴.

What I did:
– developed content plan "discounts + personal coupons" for TG, supported by gift giveaways;
– launched "Traffic" campaigns in Meta with UTM tags, tested 8 creatives (promo carousels, Reels with staff reviews);
– segmented IG engagement audiences over 30 days + look-alike 1 %;
– weekly optimized campaigns, turning off ad sets with CPL > 18 ₴ and increasing budget on the most effective ones.

Results over 6 months:
• 13,395 subscriptions average CPL 14.7 ₴
• total expenses ₴197,535
• channel became the main platform for push promotions and brought the first direct sales from TG coupons.

Business benefit: Telegram colonized part of the social media audience, providing instant reach and saving on paid traffic.
