The client needed to organize the online sales of a fashion store: to gather correspondence, orders, clients, delivery, fiscalization, and inventory into one workflow.
In KeyCRM, a portal was set up, along with order statuses, sources, Instagram/Facebook chats, Nova Poshta, Checkbox, basic automated actions, and training materials for the team.
