CRM was created for more than 30 users, each with their own role, and access rights to each entity were different.

We were tasked with creating a large number of communication channels - Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, and setting up the entry into the corresponding funnels, where the visibility of applications by users was limited exclusively to their direction.

We created a lead source - Google Forms. The integration was scripted, providing support for KeyCRM. Additionally, the format of some forms required refinement according to the standard script for the correct operation of the integration. The visibility of the forms was set exclusively for managers responsible for a specific direction.

We established quick and close communication with support, where we discuss updates and system functionality. This led to the rapid implementation of the functionality for filtering applications by user fields.

We implemented integration with Binotel telephony, where we conducted close communication regarding data transfer with the telephony team.
