KeyCRM for an online clothing store
The client needed to organize the online sales of a fashion store: to gather correspondence, orders, clients, delivery, fiscalization, and inventory into one workflow.
In KeyCRM, a portal was set up, along with order statuses, sources, Instagram/Facebook chats, Nova Poshta, Checkbox, basic automated actions, and training materials for the team. Additionally, the fiscalization scenario for prepayment and post-payment was refined to fit the actual operating model of the store.
As a result, the team received a system where they can manage clients, create orders, generate shipping documents, handle payments, products, stock, and fiscalization without constantly switching between services.
