KeyCRM for a urology clinic
The clinic needed to connect the CRM, medical system, website, and cash register so that inquiries from the website would not be lost and patient data would not be transferred manually between several services.
We set up the integration of KeyCRM with Cliniccards, the transfer of forms from the website to the CRM, reverse synchronization of statuses, as well as the connection of Checkbox for the fiscalization of receipts after services are provided. We also conducted training for the team and supported the launch.
As a result, the clinic received a unified working logic for processing inquiries, creating patients, controlling statuses, and fiscalization without unnecessary manual actions.
