KeyCRM for a foreign language school
The client managed leads, a customer database, and student support in Google Sheets. Because of this, the team did not always see the complete history of communications and could miss follow-up contacts, payments, or the moment to replenish classes.
We set up KeyCRM as a single system for selling educational programs: we created a sales funnel, transferred the customer database, connected application channels, set up lead processing logic, and reminders for the administrator. The team also received training and support during the launch phase.
As a result, the school gained a controlled process for working with leads and students: all inquiries, customer history, sales stages, reminders, and basic analytics are now gathered in one system.
