Klaviyo | Welcome Series — brand in the health and supplements niche

Developed and launched a series of 6 welcome emails for a food supplement brand in the health and wellness niche — fully built and automated in Klaviyo, from strategy to live flow. Created a complete subscriber journey that guides new users from first acquaintance to first purchase within 7 days: a welcome email with a discount promo code, brand story, educational content about ingredients, social proof, helpful lifestyle content, and a final email with a deadline. My contribution includes the full architecture of the series and the setup of automation — triggers, time delays, and flow logic in Klaviyo. Worked closely with a designer on the visual design of all 6 emails — together we created a clean, branded look that aligns with the aesthetics of the health and wellness niche. The series is designed to stand out in a saturated market — with a clear content strategy behind each email and strong visual solutions.
